Vibratory parts feeder or bowls, as they are commonly referred to, are still considered to be the work horses of the parts feeding industry after decades of use. They are the most flexible, efficient and cost effective platform available, able to feed and orient a wide range of part profiles at high rate requirements. Vibratory parts feeders can be configured as single or multiple line applications and designed to tolerate the most severe industrial environment.

Centrifugal or rotary parts feeders, operating off of mechanical motion instead of being powered by electromagnetic coils as vibratory parts feeding systems, are at their best in high rate applications feeding simple parts requiring little or no pre-orientation of the part being fed to meet the specified rate.

Other Feeder Bowls

Vibcon Corporation offers modifications other than above, including accumulator towers to store and feed pre-oriented parts. Bowls used as hoppers to get a finer and/or smaller quantity of material fed. Bowls used as sorters to sort one part from another such as coins or different length bolts. Very often used in the plastics industry to sort sprues from parts and one part from another.

Critical Options

Vibcon Corporation builds not only bowls but also special floor feeders and non standard conveyors. This diversification enables us to offer the best system for your application. In fact, many parts that are too large or not suited to feeder bowls are better suited for a floor feeder system. From a 1 to 50 cubic foot standard floor feeder hopper to a specially tooled gravity or opposing belt system, accumulator table or magazine loader, Vibcon can fulfill your requirements. All components are designed and sized for durability. Most drives are supplied with torque limiters for safety. In addition, Vibcon builds a small, 1 to 6 cu. ft., "Space Saver" floor feeder hopper that mates well with virtually any feeder bowl and offers options and variations to handle any situation. Each is designed for maximum efficiency, operator friendliness and safety.

Vibcon is also your source for many types of "non standard" conveyors. Vibratory, belt, magnetic, chain, or just about any other type, if you can't find it in a standard catalogue, call Vibcon. We can probably design and build it for you.

Save space and save backs with Vibcon floor feeders. Standard or space-saving floor feeders can carry feeding material to the highest bowl setup.

All projects start in the Vibcon Engineering Department where details are finalized with drawings and material lists are created. Next, raw materials are cut and other components are assembled. Once a system builder is assigned to a particular job, he follows that job through completion, assuring a tight, well integrated system. Systems are checked, timed and rechecked. Barring revisions, it's on to painting, coating, if necessary, and prepared for a run off. After a final client inspection is made, the system is ready to install.

Diligent Service

All Vibcon systems come with a one year/one million cycle warranty, although an extended warranty is also available upon request. Diligent service is our specialty. Regardless of the size of your operation, you can expect to be treated with the same level of interest and enthusiasm at Vibcon. Each new project we receive presents a new challenge and learning experience. In fact, the knowledge that we bring to your project is cumulative. Brushlon®

Brushlon® is one element in the state-of-the- art parts feeding technology. It can be installed in feeder bowls, conveyors, inlines, or storage hoppers. When properly installed.

Brushlon® eliminates most surface noise, controls feed rate, and increases system life. It can also be used in applications where part damage would otherwise occur in an unlined system. In many applications, a sound enclosure is not necessary.

Vibcon is a leader in Brushlon® technology. A complimentary part evaluation for compatibility with Brushlon® is available upon request.

Innovation
